中文之星软件授权使用许可证
1、定义
中文之星软件产品包括该软件的程序（包括但不限于为程序所调用
的声音、图片、文本文件、词库、字库等数据库）、使用手册（用户
手册）、维护手册等印刷材料、电子文档、产品包装等。
使用是指最终用户按照使用手册和本许可证的规定，将软件装入内
存、硬盘或其他存储设备进行运行。
2、著作权
中文之星软件的著作权属于北京中文之星数码科技有限公司（以下简
称“中文之星公司”），受《中华人民共和国著作权法》和《计算机软件保
护条例》以及国际版权公约和其它知识产权条约的保护。
3、授权
中文之星公司授权您：
（1）备份：为了备份的需要，您可以复制一份拷贝。但如果您已
经将软件装入硬盘，您应将原盘作为备份而不能再复制。
（2）授权使用: 中文之星公司授权您只能在一台计算机上使用本
软件，您可以将本软件从一台计算机上转移至另一台计算机
中，但不可以将软件同时装在两台以上的计算机，也不可以
在网络中由多台工作站同时使用一套软件（不包括网络版和
政府企业版）。
（3）授权用户证明：授权用户在软件使用期间内应该持有中文之星
公司的软件授权使用合同、原版软盘、使用手册等,这是您获
得售后服务、技术支持以及升级服务的必要的资格证明。
4、授权限制
（1）本软件作为一个整体，最终用户不得将本软件分解在不同的
计算机上使用或嵌入其它软件系统。
（2）最终用户不得销售、出租、转让、再授权中文之星的全部或
部分,不得将本软件的复制品分发给第三方。
（3）最终用户不得对本软件进行反向工程、反编译或者反汇编工作。
（4）除非为了备份或安装到硬盘的需要，最终用户不得以任何方式
（如拷贝、打印、复印等）复制本软件，最终用户只能保留一
份程序的备份复制品。
（5）如果您未遵守本许可证的条款，在不作任何通知的情况下，中
文之星公司有权终止授权。一旦发生此情况，您必须立即终止
使用本软件并销毁所有副本。
5、有限担保
在中文之星交货后90天内,如果您发现软件载体或文件有任何形式上
之损坏,请在此期间内凭购货证明和本许可证与中文之星公司或代理
商联系,可获得修理或更换。但由于意外事故、操作不当或使用错误
所引起的故障,中文之星公司及其代理商不承担任何责任。
6、对用户的赔偿
在适用法律所允许的最大范围内,中文之星公司在任何情况下不就因
使用或不能使用中文之星所发生的任何特殊的、意外的、直接的或
间接的损失（包括但不不限于营业利润的损失、营业中断、商业信
息的遗失或其它金钱上的损失）承担赔偿责任,即使中文之星公司事
先被告知该损害发生的可能性。
7、赔偿责任的限制:
根据本许可证中文之星公司所承担的赔偿责任以及对您的唯一补偿
将不超过壹美元（US＄1.00）
8、中文之星公司保留对本许可证的解释权;本许可证受中国法律保护和
管辖，发生法律纠纷选择北京地区的法院作为管辖法院。

End-user License Agreement For ChineseStar Software
DEFINITION
* The ChineseStar software product includes computer software
and associated media and printed materials, and may include
"online" or electronic documentation ,which may includes but
not limited to any images, photographs, animation, video,
audio, music, and text, incorporated in the ChineseStar, the
accompanying printed materials ,and any copies of the
ChineseStar.
* The ChineseStar software is in "use" on a computer when it
is loaded into temporary memory (i.e., RAM) or installed into
permanent memory (e.g., hard disk or other storage device)
COPYRIGHT
The ChineseStar is protected by applicable copyright laws
and international copyright treaties provisions. All title
and copyrights in and to the ChineseStar are owned by
CHINESESTAR or its suppliers. Therefore, you must treat the
ChineseStar like any other copyrighted material.
GRANT OF LICENSE
This EULA grants you the following rights:
* you may either [a]make one copy of the ChineseStar solely
for backup or archival purposes, or [b] install the
ChineseStar on a single computer provided you keep the
original solely for backup or archival purposes.
* You may install and use one copy of the ChineseStar on a
single computer excepting the Version of Network and the
Version for Goverment & Enterprise. You can transfer the
ChineseStar from a computer to another computer, but you
may not keep two copies on two computers at the same time.
* Certificate of authorized user. As an authorized user, you
should keep the EULA, the original disk(s), the manual,
which are necessary for you to get the upgrades of the
ChineseStar product.
DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATION
* Separate of Components. The ChineseStar is licensed as a
single product. Its component parts may not be separate
for use on more than one computer.
* You may not rent, lease or otherwise transfer the
ChineseStar without the express written consent of
ChineseStar.
* Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and
disassembly, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or
disassemble the ChineseStar, except and only to the extent
that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable
law not with standing this limitation.
* You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the
ChineseStar. This software and the manual provided with
all rights reserved, No part of this publication may be
reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means,
electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording
or by any information storage and retrieval system or
translated into any language in any form, without the
written permission of CHINESESTAR.
* Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights,
CHINESESTAR may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply
with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event,
you must destroy all copies of the ChineseStar and all of
its component parts.
LIMITED WARRANTY
IF YOU ENCOUNTER A DEFECT OF THE CHINESESTAR FILES OR THE
HARDWARE ACCOMPANYING THE CHINESESTAR IN A PERIOD OF
NINETY (90) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT, CHINESESTAR AND
ITS SUPPLIERS’ ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE CHINESESTAR OR HARDWARE
THAT DOES NOT MEET CHINESESTAR’S LIMITED WARRANTY AND WHICH
IS RETURNED TO CHINESESTAR WITH A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT.
NEITHER CHINESESTAR NOR ITS SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY
BUG, ERROR, OMISSION, DEFECT, DEFICIENCY OR NONCONFORMITY IN
ANY SOFTWARE. AS A RESULT, THE CHINESESTAR IS SOLID "AS IS,"
AND THE PURCHASER ASSUMES THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO ITS QUALITY
AND PERFORMANCE.
CUSTOMER REMEDIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHINESESTAR
AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT,
INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONTINGENT OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT IN THE CHINESESTAR OR ITS
DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF DATA, DOWNTIME,
LOSS OF GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT OR
PROPERTY, EVEN IF CHINESESTAR OR AN AUTHORIZED CHINESESTAR
DEALER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS EULA
SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE DOLLARS (US$1.00)
MISCELLANEOUS.
CHINESESTAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INTERPRET THIS AGREEMENT.
THIS EULA IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE PRC AND EACH OF THE
PARTIES HERETO IRREVOCABLY ATTORNEYS TO THE JURISDICTION OF
THE COURTS OF THE BEIJING AND FURTHER AGREES TO COMMENCE ANY
LITIGATION THAT MAY ARISE HERE UNDER IN THE COURTS LOCATED
IN THE JUDICIAL OF BEIJING.
