Part-time teachers' employment contract
Party A：SHENZHEN LINGBU EDUCATION COMPANY （following is for short of Party A）
Party B： （following is for short of Party B）
Party A would like to employ Party B to be a part-time English teacher for its work. Now both parties reached the following agreement in a voluntary and equal situation.
1. The employment term shall last from __to .
2. Party B’s main task during the period of employment: As a foreign English teacher in Party A.
3. Party A shall pay for Party B and provide certain working conditions for Party B according to the work, the relevant provisions of the state, and the possible conditions.
A. Work remuneration calculation: yuan (RMB) each course.
B. Activity calculation: yuan(RMB) each time.
C. Work remuneration settlement time: after each course.
4. Party B shall observe all laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and shall fulfill the tasks assigned to him/her with high standards within the prescribed timeframes.
5. Party B promises to Party A to provide any resume, diploma and certificate documents are real and effective, such as its certificate should be copied and given to Party A.
6. During the period of employment, Party B's personnel relationship, pension, medical, social security, housing, transportation, etc., shall be undertaken by Party B, Party A is responsible for only pay for Party B according to the courses.
7. In the period, Party B should obey the arrangement of Party A.
8. If Party B resigns for some reasons, a 3 0 d ay notice period is required. Supplementary terms negotiation between both parties: Party B must obey the part-time teachers' management stipulation of Lingbu Education Company.
10. This contract is signed in both Chinese and English and prepared in duplicate; the Chinese version of this agreement shall finally dominate and supersede if misunderstandings or discrepancies occur with the English version.
