依照《中华人民共和国合同法》、《中华人民共和国建筑法》及公司《关于工程项目劳务承包管理暂行规定》。甲方决定将 公司 工程项目部的劳务分包给乙方，为规范管理，明确职责，经双方协商一致，特签订本合同，以资共同遵守。
一、甲方发包给乙方的劳务施工项目内容范围如下：
该工程项目施工蓝图中所有砖、石砌筑及抹灰分项工程;钢筋制作、绑扎分项工程;模板制作、安装分项工程;脚手架搭设作业。
二、本合同期限：

三、工程质量标准：
所有分项工程质量确保优良
四、劳务管理费的上缴及付款方式：
1、上缴标准：该工程项目劳务管理费为人民币壹拾万元整，由乙方上缴，如乙方能达到按该项目部与建设方所签订的合同中的质量、进度要求，则甲方按管理费的 %返回乙方作为奖励。
付款方式：上缴劳务管理费按两次付清，即主体完工前付50%，装修完工前付50%。
五、乙方的职责
1、乙方提供相关的证件及资质，配合乙方办理相关手续。
协调处理施工过程中的劳务纠纷及工伤事故。
六、乙方的职责：
1、全面履行 公司与 -建筑施工有限责任公司签订的项目施工合同。并承担该合同条款中乙方应承担的全部责任与义务。
2、确保所有分项工程的质量、进度、安全达到项目部与建设方签订的合同要求。如达不到则按管理费的50%进行处罚。
七、本合同未尽事宜，双方通过协商，可另签订补充条款，与本合同具有同等法律效力。
八、本合同一式六份，甲乙双方各执三份，经双方签字生效，至工程完工，双方结清劳务管理费后失效。
