一、产品说明书的若干句型
句型是语言结构的要素。无论英译汉还是汉译英都离不开句型。学习、掌握和使用句型是翻译工作者的必由之路。现将英文产品说明书的若干常见句型说明如下：
1．（情态动词）be＋形容词（或过去分词）＋目的状语
这种句型用语文章开头，说明该产品是做什么用的，例如：
1） 本冲床主要用于冲孔、落料、弯曲、浅拉伸、剪切等冷冲工艺。
this press is mainly suitable for cold working operations, such as punching, blanking, bending, shallow drawing, cutting and so on.
2） 该产品用于温度225℃以下的热水管或蒸汽管道上。

2．（情态动词）＋be＋介词短语
情态动词should，can，may＋be＋介词短语，这种句型用于说明物体的特征、状态和范围，以及计量单位等。如：

2）风机用联轴器连接时，请注意电动机与主轴同心度，以免产生振动或引起轴承发热等情况。

4．现在分词＋名词
这种句型用于说明维修或操作程序及说明有关技术要求。如：
1）工作时请注意不要经常把脚放在踏板上，以免不慎踏动，引起事故。
when operating, don’t put your foot on the pedal switch board constantly, so as not to accidently step on the switch, causing accident.
2）浅拉伸时，要注意材料的清洁，并加油润滑。

一、简介：
我厂生产的直线振动筛是与中国矿业学院联合设计制造的，是利用振动电机激振的原理，使物料在筛面上被筛子抛起，同时向前作直线运动，以合理匹配的筛网达到筛分的目的。适合于0.074—6mm的任何物料的筛分，最大给料粒度不大于10mm. i. introduction:

四、筛分原理：
物料从给料机均匀地进入筛分机的进料口，在振动电机的激振下向前方边跳动、边筛分，通过多层筛网分出数种产品和不合格的物品。筛上物、筛下物，分别从各自的出口排出，流入料仓或盛料筒。 4 working principles:

五、结构说明：

2、 筛框：由不锈钢方管组成，强度高、变形小，主要用来保持
筛网平整，达到正常筛分。
3、 筛网：有低碳钢、黄铜、青铜、不锈钢丝等数种筛网。
4、 振动电机性能稳定，寿命长。
5、 电机台座：下振式（电机安在筛箱下方），使用前连接螺钉
必须拧紧，特别是新筛机试用前三天必须反复紧固，以免松动，造成事故。
6、 减振弹簧：阻止振传给地面同时支持筛箱的全部重量。安装
时，弹簧必须垂直于地面。
7、 支架：由四个支柱和两个槽钢组成，支持着筛箱。安装时支
柱必须垂直于地面，连接支柱的槽钢应相互平行。 5. structure description:

7), stand: components with the four pillars and two channel, to support the screen box. pillar must be installed perpendicular to the ground, pillar of the channel should be connected parallel to each other.
六、安装与调试：
新筛机安装好以后，应按以下要求检查：
干后方能使用。
2、 检查振动电机的接线运转方向；两台振动电机必须反向运
转。
3、 检查筛机、电机的连接螺丝钉，必须紧固。
4、 检查支架，安装的是否垂直、稳固，支柱不得悬空。
5、 以上各项没问题，方能开机试车，先空载半小时，观察筛机，
