疫情防控期间学校师生外出审批报备制度

全体师生注意：由于目前疫情防控形势依然严峻，各部门必须高度重视，把疫情防控作为当前最重要、最紧迫的任务来抓。要将常态化疫情防控各项工作抓紧抓实抓细，继续加强对师生员工的排查，全面准确掌握师生员工健康状况，引导大家做好个人日常防护。为确保广大师生生命安全，坚决将病毒阻挡在校园之外，现就近期疫情防控有关工作安排如下：
一、全体师生要密切关注国内中高风险地区变动情况。如非必要，请不要前往中高风险地区；如确需前往的，要按照审批报备制度和有关要求，向学校德育处报备登记，并上报区教育局备案登记审批。返校前必须按照要求进行检测，以最大限度减少感染病毒的风险。
二、尽量避免前往人群密集场所，不要参加集体活动。一旦出现发热、咳嗽、腹泻、乏力等症状，请第一时间向所在社区（村）或属地疾控中心报告，并佩戴医用口罩前往就近的发热门诊就诊。就医过程尽量避免乘坐公共交通工具，并告知医生旅行史、接触史等情况，以便及时排查。
三、关注自身、家人及周围人员的健康状况。出现发热、咳嗽、腹泻等症状时，尽量避免接触他人，并在做好个人防护措施后及时到就近发热门诊就诊。
四、各部门、班级要充分利用公众号、抖音、微信群等网络平台，将疫情防控工作传达到每一位教职员工和学生，提高师生安全防范意识。
五、学校要严格执行值班值守制度，确保各级带班领导、值班人员在岗在位。门卫处要按照疫情防控要求执行好出入口管理，无关人员和车辆一律不准进入校园。
六、全体师生要时刻注意个人防护，保持安全社交距离，养成规范佩戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、不扎堆、不聚集等良好卫生惯。少聚餐，分餐制，倡导健康的生活方式。
