SEA FREIGHT EXPORT CONTRACT
PARTIES:
Seller: [Insert Name and Address of Seller]

1. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to buy, the goods described as follows:
[Insert Description of goods, including Quantity, Weight, Measurement, Marks, and Numbers]
2. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
The total price of the goods is [Insert Total Price in United States Dollars (USD)]. The Buyer agrees to pay the Seller a deposit of [Insert Deposit Amount in United States Dollars (USD)], which shall be paid within [Insert Number of Days] days after signing this Contract. The remaining balance shall be paid by the Buyer to the Seller within [Insert Number of Days] days after the goods are loaded onto the vessel.
3. PACKAGING AND MARKING

4. SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country]. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contract shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Insert Arbitration Association].
