CONTRACT FOR PROJECT INSTALLATION
工程安装合同
This Contract for project of installing Main Engine is made on ， by and between Company Ltd. （hereinafter called Party A） and Company Ltd. （herein after called Party B）.

1.Name of installation work：

4.Time limit for completion：

The installation work shall coordinate with the construction of in Party A， and shall be completed， including the trial run for ， within days after the completion of .
工程安装应当配合甲方在 的土建工程，在 天之内完工，其中包括 天的试运行。
5.Total price of installation work：

6.Payment terms of installation work：
工程付款条件：
First installment：
一期工程：
Party A shall pay to Party B fifteen percent of the total price for installation
work， i.e. U.S.D only， when this contract comes into effect.
自合同生效起，甲方应当支付乙方工程总价的15%，即 美元整。
Second installment：
二期工程
Party A shall pay to Party B fifteen percent of the total price for installation
work， i.e. U. S. D. only， at the commencement of construction installation.
本工程进行中，甲方应当支付乙方工程总价的15%，即 美元整。
Third installment：
Party A shall pay to Party B ten percent of the total price for installation
work， i.e. U. S. D. only， during the installation of pipes.
在管道安装期间，甲方应当支付乙方工程总价的15%，即 美元整。
Fourth installment：
Party A shall pay to Party B forty percent of the total price for installation
work， i.e. U. S. D. only， at the time when the main equipment arrives at the site.
主要设备到达施工地时，甲方应当支付乙方工程总价的40%，即 美元整。
Fifth installment：
Party A shall pay to Party B ten percent of the total price for installation
work，i.e. U. S. D. only， upon completion of the installation work.
工程完工后，甲方应当支付乙方工程总价的10%，即 美元整。
Sixth installment：
Party A shall pay to Party B ten percent of the difference of the price for
installation work， i.e. U. S. D. only， after the work received has been proved qualified.
工程验收合格后，甲方应支付乙方工程尾款的10%，即 美元整。
7.Penalty for default：
违约：
In the event Party B shall fail to complete the work in time owing to reasons that Party B shall be held liable， Party B shall pay a penalty for such default based on one out of a thousand of the total price for installation work per day, i.e. U.S.D， only for each day of such default.
工程期间，因乙方原因未能按期完工，乙方应当承担责任，并每一天按合同总额的千分之一支付甲方违约金，即 美元整。

15.Format of this contract：

The contract shall be in duplicate with two texts to be held separately by the Parties hereof. Each of the Parties shall also keep two copies of the contract for record.
本合同一式两份，双方各执一份。各保存两份合同副本，存档备查。
16.Additional Provision ：

Maintenance of Main Engine
主机维护
Party B shall provide free periodic maintenance service for the Main Engine of for year（s） after the receiving of the work by Party A and send maintenance personnel every month（s） for performing maintenance.
工程验收合格后，乙方应当在 年内对 主机提供免费定期维护并每 个月派专业人员进行维护。
