Domestic Service Employment contract

家政服务员雇佣合约

本雇佣合约由 (以下简称’雇主’)与 (以下简称’雇员’)于 年 月 日订立,双方同意遵守下列雇佣条款及条件: This contract of employment is entered into between (here in after referred to as ‘Employer’) and Mr./Mrs./Ms. (here in after referred to as ‘Employee’) on Month Day Year (date) under the terms and conditions of employment below:

6.工资/ Wages

a) 固定工资□固定工资每月 RMB (人民币: 仟 佰

b) 工作日超时工作□工资按每小时 RMB 计算;

Working days Over time pay at the rates of RMB per hour.

c) 周末超时工作□工资按每小时 RMB 计算;

d) 雇主归国休假时间(不管雇员是否需要照常工作) □照常支付工资

Employer vacation time (Employee go back to nation ,no matter Employee should work or not as normal) □ Pay wages as normal

Payment of wages Every month on the day of the month.

Others 7.假期/ Holidays

雇员享有中国法定假期的10天带薪法定假日(元旦,春节,五一,国庆);

另加其他假期 The Employee is entitled to 10 holidays as specified in the Employment Ordinance / Public holidays(new year’s day, Chinese new year,May holiday and October holiday);

Plus other holidays 8.适用期: *天/ 月

Trail service *day/month

9.终止合约:通知期为 *天/ 月,或相当于通知期限的工资。

试用期内:

a)第一个月内:无须给予通知和代通知金;

b)第一个月后:通知期为 *天/月或相当于通知期限的工资。

Termination of employment contract

A notice period of days/months or an equivalent amount of wages for the notice period.

During the probation period:

a)Within the first month: without notice or wages in lieu of notice.

b)After the first month: o notice period of days/months or an equivalent

amount of wages for the notice period.

10.年终奖金雇员每服务满一年,可领取一笔奖金RMB 或 个月固定工

资。支付日期为公/农历新年前 天内。

End of year payment

An amount equal to RBM or month’s basic /normal wages upon completion of each calendar / lunar year.

Payment is to be made within days before commencement of the next calendar/lunar year.

11.其他约定雇主于雇员的其他约定:

雇主及雇员双方都清楚明白各项内容,并同意签字守约。双方均保存一份合约文本以备日后参考。

The Employer and the Employee hereby declare that they understand thoroughly the above provision and further agree to sign to abide by such provision. They shall each retain a copy of this contract for future reference. ……………………………………………………………………………………………
