摘要： 现人工影响天气地面固定作业点标准化建设没有行业标准。文章根据基层人工影响天气地面固定作业点现状和人工影响天气工作发展需要，就如何进行基层人工影响天气地面固定作业点标准化建设设计，阐述了自己的观点。
Abstract: At present, there are industry standards for standardization construction of weather modification fixed points of operation. According to the status and development needs of weather modification, the paper discussed how to conduct standardization construction design for the weather modification ground fixed points of operation.
