在过去的一年里，我时常向书本、向老教师学习教学方法、技巧。并及时对照班级情况组织、实施并及时反思。积累了丰富的教育教学经验。在生活学习中善于家长沟通交流，了解幼儿的需求、家长的期盼。及时完成领导交待的任务。坚持不做就不做，做就努力做好的原则。
以后我会摆正位置，积极思考，建言献策；团结全园所有同事，共同做好幼教工作。加强学习，提高素质。突出特长，全面发展。今向书本学，向周围的各位同事学习。与时俱进，开拓创新。我将在幼儿教育教学中做到有所创新、有所收获，力争始我园的幼教工作走上科学化、规范化的轨道。
我将立足于现在，好好学习，在不断的教学实践中提升自我，找到更完美的自己。做一名优秀的幼儿园园长，在自己的岗位上无怨无悔，兢兢业业，用真善美，去启迪每一颗幼小的心灵！最后，我相信__幼儿园的明天会更加美好！

在学前教育活动月中，我深深的明白了：思想是行动的先导，理论是实践的指南。
作为幼儿教师，我们不仅要身正示范，更要向身边先进的老师们学习，时刻检省自己，不忘初心，为教育事业贡献自己的力量。
幼儿教师的一言一行，都会对幼儿起到潜移默化的影响，必须有“诲人不倦”的精神，必须做“为人师表”的榜样，才能做好“教书育人”。
作为一名幼儿教师，要有全心全意为幼儿服务的自觉性，俯下身子与他们交流，倾听他们的心声，传播正能量。
作为教师，我们热爱自己的岗位，备好课、上好课、争取每一次活动都是精品，做一名幼儿喜欢的引导者、合作者和支持者，是我们“不忘初心，砥砺前行”开始的第一步。
祖国的`繁荣与强大，让我们心中的幸福感、自豪感倍增，我们干劲儿十足。
国家越来越富强，在富强中国的过程中，我们不仅是建设者，更是培养建设者的人。少年强则国强，作为幼儿老师，我们托起幼儿腾飞的翅膀，就是托起未来中国腾飞的翅膀！

我来__x幼儿园已经三年多了，在这三年多的时间里，老师像妈妈一样关心我们，爱护我们。教我们唱歌、跳舞，做游戏；教我们读书、写字，画画，讲故事；教我们讲卫生，懂礼貌，学习与小朋友相处。现在，回家我能给妈妈讲幼儿园发生的趣事；能把学习的内容讲给爸爸妈妈听；能自己洗脸、刷牙、脱穿衣服。现在我学到了很多的知识，长了不少本领。爸爸妈妈夸我懂事了，老师说我成长了，表扬我是个懂礼貌有爱心的好孩子。
