There is a frog。 He lives in a well and he never goes out of the well。 He thinks the sky is as big as the mouth of the well。
One day a crow es to the well。 He sees the frog and says， Frog， let;s have a talk。 Then the frog asks， Where are you from? I fly from the sky， the crow says。 The frog feels surprised and says， The sky is only as big as the mouth of the well。 How do you fly from the sky?
The crow says， The sky is very big。 You always stay in the well， so you don;t know the world is big。
The frog says， I don;t believe。 But the crow says， You can e out and have a look by yourself。
So the frog es out from the well。 He is very surprised。 How big the world is!

Now, let's start with the first part: the importance of job satisfaction.
A job provides an individual with the necessary means to remain satisfied in almost every aspect of life such as leisure,health and social life.Several key factors are thought to be critical for an employee to achieve job satisfaction.
Let's turn to the second part: the factors of job satisfaction. A reasonable salary is of course the most important factor in job satisfaction.In many people's minds,an ideal job is first of all a well-paid one, which makes the employee feel that he is fairly rewarded for what he has done for the company.Another important element of job satisfaction is the nature of the job itself. Job satisfaction can never be achieved if the employee's education ， skills and interests.Finally,job satisfaction is closely associated with being part of the decision-making process in the company as well as having opportunities for promotion.
Let's leave that there, now, let's come to the last part: how to achieve job satisfaction. for an individual employee,finding the right job and trying to stay positive might be the first step towards achieving job fulfillment and satisfaction.

She was getting more irritated as the minutes ticked by, thinking,if i wasn#39;t so nice, i would blacken his eye. with each cookie she took, he took one too. when only one was left, she wondered what he would do. with a smile on his face, and a nervous laugh, he took the last cookie and broke it in half. he offered her half, as he ate the other.
She snatched it from him and thoughtoooh, brother. this guy has some nerve and he#39;s also rude. why he didn#39;t even show any gratitude! she had never known when she had been so galled and sighed with relief when her flight was called. she gathered her belongings and headed to the gate, refusing to look back at the ingrate thief.
She boarded the plane, and sank in her seat. then she sought her book, which was almost plete. as she reached in her baggage, she gasped with surprise. there was her bag of cookies, in front of her eyes. if mine are here, she moaned in despair, the others were his, and he tried to share. too late to apologize, she realized with grief, that she was the rude one, the ingrate, the thief.

The Thirsty Dog
A dog is very thirsty. But he only sees some empty pails. There is no water in them. The dog goes on looking for water. He comes to a small house. There is a girl in it. The girl goes out with a pail. She goes to a well, the dog thinks and follows her. The dog is right. The girl comes to a well and puts down the pail, and the pail is full of water, there the girl goes back to her house.
Water! Great! the dog says and runs to the well. He jumps into the well without thought.
The water is good. The dog is happy and drinks much. But he can;t jump out of the well. He waits and waits. But no one comes. I;m hungry now. I must go out, he thinks.
At the time a thirsty goat comes to the well. He looks at the water and the dog. Is he water good? the goat asks. Of course. Come down, the dog says. Then the goat jumps into the well, too. Then dog is happy. He jumps on the goat;s back and jumps out of the well.
The dog has a look at the goat and says, Goodbye! Then he leaves.

有一只狗口很渴，他只找到一些空空的水桶，里面没有水。他继续找水。他来到一座小房子前面。房子里住着一个小姑娘。小姑娘拎着只水桶出来了。 她要去打水。狗想道，并跟在她后面。果然不错，小姑娘来到一口井边，把水桶放入井里，水桶水满了。然后小姑娘回去了。
