岗位要求:

1.对行业内的人工智能技术有深刻的了解，行业内的产品有深刻的专业解读和背景学问，有专业视角分析将来产品的趋势，对现有产品的业务逻辑有深刻的理解;比如对竞品的关键技术规格特别清晰，对现有产品的定位，核心功能特别清晰，能对竞品的优缺点多维度数据分析;通过专业的测试数据来指导产品或开发优化产品

2.某一技术领域比如系统、声学、图像、网络等有特别扎实的功底，能分析开发的改动评估影响面，落地测试方法和测试工具，并能精确诠释技术实现逻辑

3.有较强的编程实力，比如java，c++，python等，能依据业务需求来主导或开发测试工具来提升测试效率，能依据业务发展方向提前规划或优化测试工具或平台

4.有深厚的软硬件一体产品的测试阅历，清晰软硬件一体产品的整个链路和流程，深谙软硬件研发流程，工厂流程;完整跟过多个大项目，通过实战项目的阅历来改善和优化现有流程提升测试效率，在项目过程中能敏捷运用流程反向推动流程的优化和问题的解决

qualification:
