写作关键
（1）题目信息说明试题为半开放性的试题。对此试题的写作，应依照试题给出的图片中的内容要点判定写作的重点，并围绕其合理展开。
（2）注意发言稿的结构。有时发言稿内容较多，自己的感受和体会颇多，直接写出问题或
自己的方式时，可能会比较零乱，因此要多利用表示序号的词语（如：firstly, secondly, thirdly, finally, in a word等）。注意文章的逻辑性和段落层次性。
（3）注意发言稿的对象 。发言稿是直接面向听众的，因此发言的时候观点要鲜明，情感要真挚，能给人以可信性和靠得住感，如此才能感动人，引发听众的共鸣。
（4）注意发言稿的语言
。语言要直白简练，句子精悍有力，文字朗朗上口，语言节拍感强。因此发言时注意多采纳简单句，语言要口语化，多用排比句，多利用重复修辞格，注意合理采纳祈使句，运用设问句等。
谋篇布局
一样的发言稿在格式上和书信有点类似，格式一样由称号语、正文、终止语三部份组成。
（1）称号。称号顶格书写。经常使用的称号有Dear Mr./Mrs./Miss.…, Dear Sir/Madam, Ladies and gentlemen等。也能够不用称号，直接写正文。
（2）正文。写作应该开门见山提出问题及对问题的观点，然后说明理由，最后照顾开头对全文作简明扼要的总结，总结要必然要精练有力，切中要点。在汇报体会、情形等的发言中，要注意对情形的表达、介绍、自己的体会或收成等系统总结，内容完整，不遗漏要点。
（3）终止语。发言终止时，一样经常使用“Thank you for listening.” “That’s all. Thank you.” “Thanks a lot.”等表示感激，只是有的发言者还在结尾时直接向听众提出希望，发出号召。 写作提示
(1)问题：全世界缺水。(global water shortage)
(2)缘故：干旱、污染、人口。注意：该部份不是写作重点。(warming, pollution and ever-increasing population)
(3)解决问题：蓄水、海水淡化、循环用水等。(reserve, turn into, recycle)
(4)总结。意识问题、爱惜水资源。( be aware of, protect)
