The judges will judge you from the following aspects: Fluency and pronunciation, body language, content, language use and impression. The awards contain two First winners, four Second winners, six Third winners and six Excellent Participation winners.
A： In Prepared contest，you have about three minutes to deliver you speech. One thing important is that you’d better give your speech without draft，then，you will face the Impromptu speech, after you choose the question, you have two minutes to prepare, and 2 minutes to answer. Now, let’s wele our 18 contestants e onto the stage to make a brief introduction about themselves.

A: Well, actually, that’s not all of it. There is still a surprise waiting for you. As we all know, TOEFL is one of the most important step for us to go abroad. We might meet a lot of difficulties in the process of preparation. Thanks to the Chinese and foreign teachers at school who built a solid foundation for the students in English learning. X:Thank you ,professor------now let me introduce the regulations of this final.The Final consist of four parts, namely showing myself,prepared speech, impromptu speech, and questions and answers.
Y:本次大赛由四部分组成：自我展示、指定主题演讲(脱稿)、即兴演讲、现场问答四部分。
X: In the first section each of the contestants will have 1-2 minutes to show themselves,they can show off their skills in singing,dancing or even Kongfu.Please show off everything that makes you shine above the rest.This section the full score is 5.
Y:第一部分：自我展示，时间1-2分钟(选手可从自我介绍、才艺展示、生活理念等一方面或多方面展示自我)这部分总分值5分。
X: In the second section each of the contestants will have 3-4 minutes to deliver a prepared speech. The topic for the prepared speech is “20xx” .This section the full score is 10.
Y:第二部分;指定主题演讲，主题“情系20xx”要求脱稿，时间3-4分钟;总分10分
X:Each contestant will draw the topic of an impromptu speech 15 minutes before their performances. In the third section each of the finalists will have 2 minutes to deliver an impromptu speech. This section the full score is 5.
Y:第三部分：即兴演讲，采用谚语、格言以及其它形式为题，请老师出十几个题目，赛前保密，提前15分钟左右让选手抽题，即兴演讲时间为2分钟，要求紧扣题目;这部分总分5分。
X: And after that, two question masters in the judging panel will be responsible for raising questions to the contestant aording to the prepared speech or the impromptu speech (one question master asks only one question). That will be around two minutes.This section the full score is 5.
Y:第四部分：现场答复，针对第二或第三部分评委老师进展提问(1-2个问题)。答复时间总共为2分钟。这部分总分值5分。本次决赛采取25分制。
X: When the contestant’s time for each part is used up, a staff member will raise a yellow cardboard to remind the contestant of the time. The contestant must stop within 15 seconds, otherwise his or her timing score will be deducted. in the 1st section if the time is less than 1 minutes,or the prepared speech time is less than 3 minutes or the time for questions and answers is less than 1 minute 45 seconds, the contestant’s timing score will be deducted.
Y:每部分的演讲，缺乏时间酌情扣0.1～0.3分(第一部分时间缺乏1分钟，第二部分缺乏3分钟，第三部分缺乏1分45秒扣分)。中选手每部分时间用尽时，计时员将用会举黄牌提醒选手，选手必须在15秒钟内停顿演讲，否那么扣分。
X: The judging panel will give scores on the spot. In this round, after 3 contestants finish the speech, the score of the previous 3 contestants will be announced together. After all the finalists finish the speech, the scores of all the speakers will be announced.
Y:评委老师当场打分，每3人公布一次分数。最后三名选手的成绩和最后的排名一起公布。
X: The places of the contestants will be arranged aording to the scores.
