大家好!
今天,我们在这里举行公司2023年党风廉政建设和反腐败工作会议,就是要围绕“廉政建设,做好内控,反腐败,共创美好”的主题,梳理过去一年的工作成绩,总结经验,明确目标,规划未来,以更加坚定的态度、更加扎实的举措,推进党风廉政建设和反腐败工作,为我公司的发展添砖加瓦。
近年来,我公司在党风廉政建设和反腐败工作方面,取得了一定的成绩。各位同事们,我们都清楚,这些成功之所以能够实现,既得益于公司领导对廉政建设重要性的高度认识和领导力的发挥,更得益于公司全体员工的普遍配合和积极参与。这也再次证明,公司没有搞不好的业务,只有不搞好廉政建设和反腐败工作。
但是,我们仍需警惕:面对日趋复杂的市场环境,公司的廉政建设和反腐败工作还有很大的提升空间。目前,我们聚焦于“财务”,“采购”,“供应商”等环节,加强内部控制,措施之一就是审批机制要规范、流程要标准、权责要明确,打击“采购员承揽项目,供应商贿赂采购员”模式,把公司的经营活动做到合法、规范、透明。
对此,我们提出以下几点建议:
首先,牢固树立廉政理念。廉政建设是一个长期的过程,需要我们每一个员工都心存敬畏、遵纪守法、要知道,不是恶意,而是不管好自己的嘴,不严格遵守规章制度,不严谨审核管理等不规范的行为,都会成为腐败的巢穴。廉政建设是咬文嚼字的工作,也是一场人人参与的大事。广大员工必须以学习为动力,加强法制知识的学习,不断加强自身廉洁意识,做到廉洁自律、言行一致。
其次,加强内部风控建设。公司内控合规不能只是口号式的宣传,必须要落实到实处,真正做到内部制度规范、审核监督严格、责任制度落实到位。这样,我们才能够从源头上消除腐败风险,加强监管,精细管理,发挥内部管理的优势,最大程度地发出企业风险预警信号。
再次,积极落实反腐败工作。部门反腐败工作由各部门确立独立管理和监督责任,落实公司各项内部管理制度,切实保障公司各项经营活动的合法性、安全性、规范性和公正性。对于公司的内外部人员违规行为,不论大小,管控必须到位,查处合理,定性准确,修复及时,以打击激励,让员工心知肚明,不敢踏入灰色地带。
最后,营造良好的企业文化。公司的文化建设也是廉政建设的重要内容,一场好的企业廉政文化,可以极大地调动员工的积极性,激发员工的爱企业心,加强企业的团队凝聚力,形成文明和谐的企业文化,这将有助于更好地实现企业的商业目标的同时,促进员工的职业生涯和完整的家庭生活。
