Article 1: Term of the Contract

1）未能在试用期内满足雇佣条件；
2）严重违反雇主的规章制度；
3）严重失职或行贿，给雇主造成重大损失；
4）与其他雇主建立了另一份雇佣关系，影响了与第一雇主的工作，或者在雇主提出后拒绝纠正此事；
5）由于第六项规定的情况，使雇佣合同无效；
雇主有权终止雇佣合同。
二、工作内容
