Article 1: Term of the Contract

1)未能在试用期内满足雇佣条件;
2)严重违反雇主的规章制度;
3)严重失职或行贿,给雇主造成重大损失;
4)与其他雇主建立了另一份雇佣关系,影响了与第一雇主的工作,或者在雇主提出后拒绝纠正此事;
5)由于第六项规定的情况,使雇佣合同无效;
雇主有权终止雇佣合同。
二、工作内容
