- Obtain all necessary permits and approvals for the export of goods.

b. Buyer's Rights and Obligations

4. Breach of Contract Liability

5. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

a. This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

b. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this contract shall be settled amicably through consultation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, the parties shall submit the dispute to [Insert Dispute Resolution Mechanism] for resolution.
