On behalf of the Students’ Union, I am writing to make a proposal for the upcoming speech contest. The detailed information about this event will be listed in the following.
First, I suggest that the contest should be held in the school auditorium at 7 p.m. next Friday. As for the speech topic, "living a healthy lifestyle" would be a good choice, since this subject can draw students’ attention to some social phenomena, such as addiction to computer games.
